Will you ever contact our clients?
No. We work only with your team, under your agency’s name. We’re happy to sign an NDA before we start.
What counts as a small change?
Text, image and banner updates, layout fixes, form fixes, plugin updates and similar tasks. The per-website plan covers about 2 hours per site each month. Bigger work, like a redesign or new feature, is quoted separately before we start.
How fast do you respond?
We acknowledge requests on the same working day and agree a delivery time for each task. Urgent issues, like a site down during a campaign, are handled first.
How do you access client websites?
We ask for a separate login for our team, never your main admin password. We take a backup before making changes, so anything can be restored.
